How do I create a trip as a passenger?

Open the app, select your current location and the address you want to go to. When you are matched with suitable drivers, you can start your trip.

How do I register as a driver?

By downloading the app and completing: • Your personal information • Vehicle information • Required verification steps your driver account becomes active.

How is the trip fee determined?

For shared rides, Tagsi provides a recommended sharing amount based on distance and route information. This amount: • Is mutually evaluated between the passenger and the driver before the trip • Is not mandatory • Is finalized with mutual consent of the parties Tagsi is not a commercial platform that sets prices. The platform only provides an informative and guiding infrastructure.

How is payment made?

Shared ride payments take place directly between the passenger and the driver. Tagsi: • Does not act as an intermediary for payments • Does not take commission from trips The platform only provides matching and communication infrastructure.

How is communication handled during the trip?

Communication is carried out entirely through the app: • In-app messaging • In-app calling infrastructure Secure and controlled communication is established without sharing phone numbers.

What happens if I cancel the trip?

Cancellations made before the trip starts are recorded by the system. In cases of frequent cancellations, temporary restrictions may be applied to account usage.

What happens if the other party cancels the trip?

Cancellations made by the passenger or the driver are recorded in the system. Restrictions may be applied to accounts that frequently cancel trips within the scope of platform rules.

How are pets or special requests managed?

When communicating with the passenger through the app: • Pets or special requests are shared • Whether to accept these requests is entirely up to the other party's preference Trip conditions are determined by mutual consent of the parties.

How is safety ensured?

The Tagsi platform includes: • Basic verification processes • User rating and review system • In-app registered communication infrastructure The aim is to provide a safe and controlled travel experience.

How does the rating system work?

After each trip, users can rate each other. Ratings affect profile visibility and matching order.

In which cities is Tagsi available?

Tagsi is gradually expanding its service network. You can view the activity status in your city through the application.

Is Tagsi free to use?

Downloading the application and basic usage are free. Details regarding platform services are stated within the application.

How can I delete my account?

You can create an account deletion request from the profile settings section. After the request, your account information will be removed from the system.
